Has anyone replaced the fill probe with a foster (QD) fitting?
1. How did you do it?
2. Where did you get the parts?
3. What does it look like?

I recently bought a Feinwerkbau and two Walther quick fills from this guy in the Czech Republic. Works great for me

Bit late but thats them horrible probe type Sven that constantly pack up and its bad p[ractice to rely on inferior guage built in.
Op asking for whats the most common in US the Fosters or early AA style over here. Steyrs are drilled out of solid, theres no end plug to swap over and idealy need machining back to get rid of perspex lip. Screwing in to the M10X1 just adds extra unwanted length.
Heres a Fen with Fosters and dust cap, even shorter than standard end plug and guage. Probe type much longer.

If a jobs worth doing, do it right or not at all.
