How do I increase power on a FWB P70 10m to 12 fpe?

Hello all.

I've posted a similar question below, but now let me be more specific.


I have a FWB P70 10m in a laminate stock and would like to increase the power without any irreversible mods. I know this subject has been discussed before, however, there does not appear to be a clear consensus.

I did read on another forum that I might be able to increase to 12 fpe by:

1) Turning the hammer spring screw to increase tension, and

2) Turning the regulator screw to increase pressure.

Is this correct and, if so, what kind of a power increase am I likely to get?

I am somewhat mechanically inclined (somewhat) and have torn down other AR's such as my Marauder and AA MPR.

Can you give me step-by-step instructions to do this mod?

Try this for the three parts left to right, ignore the right that's plastic barrel contour/seal

15J spacer + o ring and lengthen the screws.
Up reg pressure may need extra disc springs.

PS: 12 Belville washers in 15J/16J (the diagram is incorrect & Fwb needs to set the "Druckminderer" to 85 Bar)
